During our 2011 visit to Bandos Island Resort in the Maldives, this heron could sometimes be found in the area of the “Sunset” bar. On this occasion, he (or she) could be captured in an aesthetically pleasing position. Image taken on 19th April 2011 using a Nikon D200.Settings were ISO 100, f11, 1/500th second.
