An excellent and long-awaited diving trip (postponed 2 years due to Covid) to Wakatobi off South East Sulawesi in Indonesia.
Our journey took us via Singapore to Bali where we stayed two nights, then the flight out to Tomia Island to join the excellent Pelagian liveaboard for a week, and then a further week of diving at the Wakatobi Dive Resort.
The Pelagian visited remote sites unvisited by any other dive operator, including off Buton Island. Back at the resort, we dived some of the excellent sites within easy reach of our enjoyable home for the week. It was a chance to get back into our underwater and travel photography after the Covid -enforced break.
After returning to Bali, we finished our trip with three nights in the artistic hub of Ubud, staying at the incredibly relaxing Goya Boutique Resort.
